Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- All authors have approved of submitting this manuscript.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it currently under review by another journal.
- If any materials (such as figures, images, and tables) have been previously published, authors confirm that they have permission to republish. If permission has not been obtained, an explanation of permission status has been provided.
- If applicable, reprint permission letters have been provided with the submission.
- The submission was prepared in accordance with the instructions for authors and article template.
- Any use of AI in the preparation of this manuscript has been clearly disclosed and described.
- Where possible, authors have provided the digital object identifier (doi) for items in the reference list.
- Authors confirm that sources of funding or assistance, as well as relevant conflicts of interest, have been disclosed.
- If manuscript is intended for a specific theme issue of the journal, authors have indicated so in comments to editors field and/or cover letter.
